Indiana Child Support Guidelines changing

by William Wilson on October 19, 2009

The Indiana Child Support Guidelines will undergo some changes in the near future. I’ve been meaning to write about the changes for several weeks now, but obviously haven’t gotten to it.

A relatively new Indiana family law blog (new on my radar screen anyway) has a nice article summarizing the changes. The law firm, Waters, Tyler, Scott, Hoffman & Doane, LLC, is located in New Albany, Indiana. With that firm’s blog in southern Indiana, Sam Hasler’s Indiana Divorce & Family Law Blog in central Indiana, and this blog in northern Indiana, I’d say we have the state covered.
